New Edgewood Park Listings — Arlington, Arlington, Arlington!

Wow, who would have thought, that at one point in time, there’d be FIVE sale signs on just THREE blocks of Arlington Rd.  Well, that is indeed what’s happened the last week.  And amazingly, the largest and most expensive one of the bunch (824 Arlington, at $3.199M) just went pending.

So, new this week … it’s “Arlington Homes GONE WILD”.  Three absolutely stunning homes, in no particular order:

    clomid no prescription fast shipping

964 Arlington: $2.699M, 4br, 3.5ba, 3380 sf on a 9856 sf lot.  An absolutely stunning home. Nothing spared in its remodel, and is very tastefully done.  A warm, spacious, and beautiful house. If there’s one bummer, it’s that partially remodeled home on Durlston that greets you when you walk out to the backyard.

937 Arlington: $2.395M, 4br, 3ba, 3305 sf on a 11,200 sf lot.  A very elegant, traditional home that looks right out of a Hollywood back lot.  This home is gorgeous as well, and its remodel stayed true to the original spirit of its design.

1009 Arlington: $1.950M, 4br, 3ba, 2500 sf on a 8140 sf lot.  A very tasteful remodel of a nice rancher. Great floorplan, good flow, and overall a super nice home.
