    Upcoming (and going) Edgewood Park Listings

    Ok, so it’s definitely been a while since there’s been a “new” Edgewood Park listing (and not a re-listing, re-pricing, or other). Of course, the typical summer “swoon” seems to have been in effect as well.

    The good news is, as I was biking around the ‘hood yesterday, I did see a “Coming Soon” sign at the following:

    999 Blandford Blvd — by title records, appears to be a 3br/2ba, 2,590 sq. ft. home on a nicely sized 11,400 sq. ft. lot. Keep your eyes out for this one!

    Other activity that has happened:

    903 Arlington (orig. price: $1,445,00) went pending, set to close on 8/28.

    824 Arlington: a stately house on a gorgeously huge lot (15,680 sf) is off the market

    336 Edgewood Rd. (orig. price: $1,395,000) went pending, said it was supposed to close on 7/29, but its status hasn’t changed to “sold” yet in the MLS. The sign’s down, it’s now 9 days past COE….uh hello, listing agent, what’s up with the closing price?
